Lisa Upham, AAHCC, CD(DONA)
Lisa is the owner of A Baby Naturally and founder of The Loft. She offers natural parenting products, childbirth education, birth doula training/support and works as an assistant midwife with Gentle Birth Care. She is passionate about providing education and services for families during this important time in their lives.
Carol Chamblin, DNP, APN, RN, IBCLC
Dr. Carol is an excellent educator for parents and health care professionals alike. Her teachings consist of recommendations based on current research findings for lactation-related care.
Mariel Teune
Lumikha Studio is a one woman studio that prides itself in custom photography and personalized service. She strives for her shoots to be relaxed, low key and simple. Aside from photography, Mariel also works in exporting commodities and as a small business consultant.
Rachel Hudson
Rachel is a Certified Informed Beginnings Childbirth Educator and Mama. Her mission is to educate and empower mothers and partners by providing current, evidence-based information for the childbearing year. She teaches positive, compassionate classes that strengthen confidence in the process of birth, while respecting the diverse needs and birth plans of her students.
Allison Castaneda
As a birth Doula, I accompany women (and their partners) in labor to help ensure a satisfying birth experience. I have completed training by DONA International. I will draw on my training, research and experience to provide emotional, physical and informational support. I will provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, make suggestions to help labor progress, and help with relaxation through soothing touch, positioning and other comfort techniques.
Carrie Koziol, PT
Carrie is a Women's Health Physical Therapist, Prenatal/Postnatal And Pelvic Floor Pilates Specialist, and Master Trainer for Diastasis Rectus Abdominus Rehab. She has developed 6 week classes that are a combination of education and expertly designed exercises to improve fitness for women at all stages of their lives!
Nicki Worden, LMT
I am a licensed massage therapist (LMT), certified by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to provide therapeutic massage, with over ten years of experience. Aside from my standard massage services, I offer prenatal, labor and postpartum massage.

Our commons area is available for rent for your next gathering. It is a cozy and comfortable meeting place with a capacity for about 20 people.  This area is ideal for small groups, i.e. book study, small classes, casual meetings.

 

Our facility offers: a kitchen, bathroom, open area to set-up our modular tables & chairs, a large whiteboard, TV & DVD player, and a sitting area for comfortable gatherings
